Palais Royale of Shree Ram Urban Infrastructure Ltd in Lower Parel, Mumbai is the first supertall skyscraper in the country. Started in 2008, the structure of the 320 m (1,050 ft) tall residential building with 88 floors was completed in 2013. Palais Royale also became the first supertall building in the country to receive the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum rating for environmental sustainability in 2008.
