The Coca-Cola system in India1 comprises of a wholly owned subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) namely Coca-Cola India Private Limited (CCIPL) which manufactures and sells concentrates and beverage bases and powdered beverage mixes, a company-owned bottling entity, namely, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited (HCCBPL), part of the Bottling InvestmentsGroup (BIG) of TCCC, and fifteen licensed franchise bottling partners of TCCC, who are authorized to prepare, package, sell and distribute beverages under certain specified trademarks of TCCC; supported by an extensive distribution system comprising of customers, distributors and retailers.

Quantitative data highlighted in the report covers the calendar year from Jan 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017 unless otherwise stated.
