Boniface Prabhu, quadriplegic wheelchair tennis player and Paralympian from Bengaluru, Karnataka, drove 6,743 km in 32 days in a specially modified car with Murali Rao as his expedition partner. He started his expedition from Gurugram, Haryana, and ended his journey at Bengaluru, travelling through 15 cities from 6 November 2016 to 7 December 2016. The drive was a part of 'Thums Up Veer K2K by Boniface Prabhu.' During the expedition, he carried out around 55 activities to spread awareness about people with disabilities, with the messages of 'advocacy, inclusion, integration and engagement of people with disabilities; promoting sign language in India; and unleashing their potential within.'
