Delhi which ranked eighth among Asia Pacific region’s retail hotspots in 2014 topped the list of Indian cities. According to global property consultant CBRE’s report, New Delhi attracted 19 global retailers to enter its prime shopping locations during the year, compared to 16 entrants in 2013. New Delhi’s position was at par with Asia Pacific region’s target markets like Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok. Mumbai with the entry of 11 global retailers, remained at 14th spot in the region.
