Mount Litera Zee School, Ludhiana, Punjab, made the largest eco bookmark,measuring 17.2 m x 1.8 m (56.7 ft x and 6 ft) with a 0.7 m (2.4 ft) loop. It took six months to make from 24 November 2016 to 24 May 2017. Using flex, old newspapers and magazines, old clothes, jute sacks and ropes, Fevicol, cardboard and decoration material, the bookmark was made by 18 students and seven teachers. The theme was ‘Bringing Together - United Nations’ – the 193 UN member states, their capitals, monuments and currency. The laminated bookmark was unfurled from the second floor of the school building on 24 May 2017.
