Principal Manoj Srivastava along with seven chefs and 300 students of Gyan Vihar School of Hotel Management, Jaipur, Rajasthan prepared the heaviest vegetable moussaka, 12 ft long 5½ ft wide and weighing 783.56 kg, at the Suresh Gyan Vihar University campus, Jaipur on Feb 14, 2015. Made in 8 hr, the moussaka used several ingredients like potato, brinjal, capsicum, carrot, French beans, rajma (kidney beans), tomato, peas, cauliflower, onion, garlic, spices, cheese, olives, butter etc. The moussaka was displayed at the university campus and seen by over 20,000 visitors.
