GURUGRAM, January 29, 2020 - Our deepest sympathies go out to those whose families or friends have been tragically impacted by this new virus.

We are carefully following all government guidelines and taking precautionary steps to do what we can to prevent the further spread of the virus. We also are donating to Chinese organizations that are working diligently to help treat patients and contain the virus.

The safety and health of our associates is always a high priority for us. We have already implemented precautionary measures to protect our employees, that includes providing face masks and hand sanitizers, installing temperature screening in offices and manufacturing facilities, as well as setting up health monitoring mechanism across our China system. Those efforts will continue until further notice.

As the situation evolves, we have taken additional actions as needed to help protect the health and safety of our associates, our consumers and our customers.

Out of an abundance of caution, The Coca-Cola Company has suspended international travel to Mainland China until the end of March, and we will comply with the Chinese government’s request that business offices remain closed until Feb. 9. Many of our associates will work from home during the week of Feb. 3.

We also take this opportunity to assure that we have the highest standards and processes for ensuring consistent product safety and quality and that all of our products are absolutely safe.
