The “City of Joy” and India’s football capital has begun celebrating the greatest football spectacle on the Planet. Coca-Cola, one of the longest serving corporate partners of the FIFA World Cup™ is adding to the fervour by organizing a series of exciting consumer engagement initiatives. Starting mid-June, Coca-Cola India has flagged off its ‘Happiness Canters’ across Kolkata and Howrah. These canters are giving consumers a chance to win exclusive and original Coca-Cola FIFA merchandise including footballs, T-shirts, caps, sippers, wrist bands etc. by participating in fun games.

Coca-Cola will also be organizing LIVE screening of select FIFA matches at these 14 selected paras allowing football fans to enjoy the matches.

Starting 4th July, Coca-Cola, for the first time ever, will be creating Fan Parks in two major locations in Kolkata. The two mega carnivals will not just include large format LIVE screening select FIFA matches (quarter finals, semi- finals and finals) but also organize fun games, food stalls, Fan art, Coca-Cola refreshment counters and an opportunity for fans to win original Coca-Cola FIFA Merchandise. The company has tied up with 92.7 FM to ensure football lovers get regular updates about Coca-Cola FIFA activation across the city.

Coca-Cola India has also rolled out over 10 million limited edition of the Coca-Cola Brasil cans across the country, in celebration of the upcoming FIFA World Cup.
