 Thirteen-year-old Yashasvi Jaiswal achieved a unique all-round feat when he scored a triple century and also claimed a 10+ wicket haul playing for Anjuman Islam Urdu High School in the Giles Shield Cricket Tournament in Mumbai in January 2014. He first claimed 8/59 in 21 overs to skittle out the team from Raja Shivaji Vidyalaya for 144 runs while bowling his right arm leg-spin. Jaiswal who bats left handed opened his side’s innings to score an unbeaten 319 enabling his team reach 591 runs for 2 wickets decl. In the second innings he went on to claim 5/40 to finish with the bowling figures of 13/99 to star in his side’s thumping innings and 368 run win.
