Job Description Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for creation and execution partnership for employee engagement, accelerating the cultural transformation in the BU, through strategic development and disciplined implementation of a cultural strategy and plan. The objective is to step-change employees' mindset and behaviors to support a Growth culture, with special focus on Leadership Behaviours.

Drive & Lead the Cultural Transformation Strategy

Provide strategic leadership by developing the approach for BU Culture transformation in all aspects. Align expectations and success criteria with senior management. Work together with all functions of the BU in the culture part of their people plan, suggesting, challenging and influencing their strategy and plans. Drive the transformation through a set of change management initiatives. Oversee the plan implementation. Measure and communicate progress and propose necessary changes. Ensure results are met and learnings are captured.

Accelerate Growth Behaviours Adoption

Lead the deployment of Growth Behaviours in the BU, implementing initiatives to clarify concepts, share best practices and allow role models to gain exposure and inspire others, accelerating behaviour change. Learn best practices from other BUs and apply where possible.

Drive Growth Leadership Development

Contribute to Leadership step up as a key factor for cultural transformation, leveraging and working in partnership with Coca-Cola University, and the HR Team, clarifying what is expected from both leaders and associates in the new culture, implementing visible symbols of change and measuring progress. Works with the HR function in defining common framework and criteria for Coaching and Mentoring programs across the BU.

Refresh Engagement to make it contemporary and inclusive

Responsible for contributing to and delivering Employee Engagement strategy across the BU to maximise levels of engagement and retention. The role encompasses the efficient management activities through a range of projects including business briefs, performance management & cultural change. Analyse and recognise patterns in employee data (i.e. metrics such as employee survey results to shape engagement activities, drive action through the line, maximise impact and evaluate success. Build relationships and collaborate across the business to understand and meet employee engagement requirements. Develops process for managers/ functions to self-report their progress regarding implementing their engagement action plans

Leading Community Practice

Design a strategy and plan to build external reputation, in cultural transformation, leadership development and redefining engagement framework. Work in partnership with PAC to execute these plans and elevate the external perception of the organisation (including campus and youth ambassadorship programs)

10+ years of work experience across HR Business partnering talent development, HR transformation, change management and employee engagement

Business acumen: understands business strategy, operations and processes in order to better support its people and organisation. Ability to identify cultural and people implications of business strategy and decisions.

Project Management: develops plans, puts together resources to ensure the implementation on time, scope and budget and monitors progress; manages complex or competing priorities, communicates project issues and progress, ensures adoption and impact.

Measurement & Evaluation: knowledge of measurement and evaluations methodology to monitor the impact of tools, processes or learning interventions on people metrics.
