What You’ll Do for Us:

Lead the Development of the Supply Chain of the Future Vision for the Coca-Cola System

  • Recommend future state processes, approaches, manufacturing/logistics/distribution equipment and technology capabilities across the End-to-End System supply chain
  • Partner across the business to identify opportunities for simplification and harmonization across the all elements of our business
  • Assess current and future supply chain strategy in terms of capability, process, technology, and infrastructure.
  • Lead Current and Future State thinking for source to consumer raw materials and finished product flow and fulfillment improvement, optimization and transformation
  • Design critical elements of the future-state supply chain to the level of execution-ready and mobilize resources to implement future-state supply chain and realize benefits.

Lead strategic and transformational supply chain network and modernization initiatives with company owned operations (eg GV and JVs) and bottlers

  • Lead 2-3 initiatives per year with tangible business impact of $50mm+
  • Improve productivity via transparency and data sharing with Bottlers
  • Evaluate options for optimal supply chain partnering with Bottlers and Co-packers
  • Build a roadmap for the end to end Supply Chain Strategy journey with details on key decisions and deliverables

Own the System Supply Chain Digital Strategy

  • Lead System Franchise Leadership and Collaboration for Digital Supply Chain experiments, pilots, and shared initiatives

Lead TI&SC Relationship with Platform Services to ensure Supply Chain Strategy is translated to leading Supply Chain Digital and Advanced Analytics Capability.

Individual contributor who leads the development of Supply Chain Strategy, leads project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.

Work Focus

  • Implementation of flexible process and technologies to support system supply chain orchestration
  • Analyze future SC designs that support a flexible, cost effective and digital technologies for the manufacture of products
  • Analyze future state trend, threats and opportunities for proposed Company Total Beverage portfolio
  • Maintain external network of relationships with partners, industry organizations, universities, startups, and industry leaders to inform KO of leading Supply Chain innovations
  • Support Supply Chain technology innovation with R&D and OU’s

Qualifications & Requirements

5 -10 years of Supply Chain experience with depth in one area/category of Supply Chain and breadth across multiple supply chain experience.  Operational and/or technical experience preferred

Communication Focus

  • Communication and engagement with key system stakeholders (i.e. OU Leadership, R&D and other TI&SC functions)
  • Communication and engagement with major bottling partners JVs and Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers to develop more effective product packages and delivery mechanisms, which will generate savings and competitive advantage across the end to end supply chain.
