Focus, Scope, & Impact:

Platform Services Translation will:

  • Maps Marketing Operations pain points and bridges with Mkt Platform Services scope acting as “KA account”
  • Coordinates the Mkt Platform Services transition at OU level, partnering with the Mkt Platform Services leader on and support the related change management requirements (including ensuring SLAs are being achieved and helping identify and solve key pain points and structural issues).
  • Services being transitioned to platform services that will require support include:
  • Knowledge, Data Analytics, & Performance Tracking
  • Performance Score carding/ dashboards
  • Standardized consumer diagnostics
  • Research Platform repository
  • Digital Consumer data management
  • Global reporting of campaign testing and tracking
  • DMX repository and Virtual design studio
  • MarTech: technology and tool management 
  • Marketing procurement & MAP Tool (PS, FTP, PE and more)
  • The Digital Hub (Listening, Analytics, and Publishing)
  • Digital Tagging management
  • Learns from the process, shares opportunities and supports continuous improvement
  • These roles will not have formal direct reports, but will work with a large network of colleagues across the marketing function and platform services.

KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS
Experience

  • 10+ Years including marketing and S&I Experience
  • Direct experience with capabilities and process definition and implementation
  • Preference for individuals with experience in project management and capability building
  • Experience working in cross-functionally and cross geographically is preferred

  • Ability to provide input to Platform services transition and implementation

  • Ability to work in Agile cross-functional teams 

Communication Focus

  • Role will require frequent communication with OU Mkt lead, OU Marketing Ops/Capability, Global Platform Services leaders and OU Platform Services Translation in other OUs;
