KEY WORKING PARAMETERS

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

  • Leads the development of the Consumer Engagement Strategy and Plan based on its Growth Strategy, E2E Journey helps develop ‘Idea Platforms’ to ensure that bold brand equity is translated into transactions and drives Weekly Plus for Coca-Cola TM
  • Lead the whole development and design of the Ritual Building Platforms in Meals and Breaks working in close coordination with the Coca-Cola TM Category team, C&CL team, K&I team and the Frontline Marketing Team.
  • Leads the full design of Consumer Promotions when it is a critical component of the big idea and scalable to ensure relevance and efficiency
  • Helps design the final Content Production Brief working closely with the Coca-Cola TM category team and the Creative Strategy team.
  • Bridges the consumer journey briefing to Media teams and work closely to ensure each and every touchpoint has a best in class plan and execution.
  • Manages the OU master-calendar of Consumer Activation for the portfolio of Categories to ensure effective portfolio approach towards every touchpoint.
  • Leads Consumer execution guidelines and Supports Marketing Execution by handing over to Frontline Marketing robust activation tool kits and materials for seamless market activation
  • Translates Consumer Insights and touchpoints expertise into concrete communication and brand activation strategies and plans
  • Influences Brand XP Design by sharing executional learnings and also best practices from other players/industries.

KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS

Experience

  • 6-8 years experience in Brand Management or Operations Marketing
  • Holistic  Systems thinking – need a passion for being able to connect the dots across consumer touch points and the operational pieces of the TCCC system
  • MBA from top tier business school is preferred

Work Focus


  • Ability to gather consumer insights from multiple categories and connect the dots into a strategic direction towards tangible plans
  • Ability to translate E2E Journeys into concrete activation per touchpoint
  • Ability to brief agencies to develop content and communication materials for several categories and channels
  • Ability to orchestrate multiple stakeholders, delivering the most effective and efficient tool kits for market execution
  • Expertise in working with different external partners (i.e.: agencies, production houses…)
  • Ability to work in Agile cross-functional teams

Communication Focus

  • Role will require frequent communication with OU Frontline teams, Midia Leads and close collaboration with End-to-End XP Design Strategy
  • Role will also interact frequently with external parties, particularly agencies
