The proposed role is a new requirement within the INSWA business unit and has arisen on account of the new focus of the Company to future proof the business. It requires a part of the Organization to develop and work with a Start Up mentality i.e. a team with high risk appetite, open to new ideas, extremely agile to enable rapid speed to market and ability to quickly scale back in the face of failure and test new ideas.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Partner in the thought leadership around the new business opportunities and long-term implications
  • Lead business case development for new/alternate revenue models for the BU
  • Leads in building Annual Business Plans and Long-Term strategic business plans for each of the new revenue streams for BU, highlighting areas of opportunities & flagging off any risks for the business
  • Financial analysis, budget management, P&L reviews, long term planning on potential opportunities
  • Support development of comprehensive business cases for the new operating models of BU (including JV's, strategic alliances, toll-packing arrangements, direct distribution etc) to evaluate its commercial & financial viability. Lead financial modelling for these arrangements based on understating of value drivers, cost structure, pricing standards, consumer insights and competitive environment
  • Develop value chains and perform financial analysis to assess go forward business model for all verticals. Monthly rolling estimates, actual variance analysis and budget management
  • Finance lead along with Supply Chain and Business Owners in closing negotiations and terms for the new suppliers, vendors, copackers, transporters and potential partners
  • Support on operational complexities – Sales & Operations planning, Logistics, Customer due diligence and onboarding, Contract pack management
  • Ensure right policy and compliance framework – develop and implement policies and process to govern business to deliver growth while complying with TCCC controls
  • Finance lead for conceptualizing, partnering and driving implementation of ERP Systems for NBV culminating in a stable system with relevant modules to drive the business to the next level.
  • Ensure system for complete accounting and reporting for Business
  • Drive Process Improvement Initiatives to support the requirements and nuances of the NBV business and to ensure sustainable compliance with accounting policies & procedures.
  • Safeguarding the resources of the company by enforcing internal controls & ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Creation of new processes across functions and adherence to existing ones is critical to meet business requirements and tight deadlines on these new streams
  • Support in developing and establishing innovative (non-standard) business models in the new growth area that covers tax/legal structures, operating and financial flow of transactions
  • Involvement in financials analysis and evaluation of new products and/or new RTM models under all 3 verticals
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and key Bottling partners
  • Stakeholder Management - Proactive interaction and management of a wide range of stakeholders - Internal: Business leads, Tax, Legal, Technical & SCM, Marketing, Audit; External: Copackers, Distributors, Bottlers

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 8-9 years of post-qualification experience within Commercial finance and or business/planning, preferably in FMCG environment or related industry,
  • Strong Financial Accounting Experience
  • Good understanding of business, customer and market landscape
  • Good understanding of financial concepts like P&L, ROI & financial analysis skills.
  • Strong MS office skills
  • Mastery of RGM INCL Segmentation, OBPPC, Commercial Planning, Integrated system Execution, System Economics, Advanced Analytics & Connecting the DOTS
  • Broad expertise in System Planning, Value to Market, (Shopper/Channel), Marketing & Commercial, Customer Management and Supply Chain
