Focus, Scope, & Impact:
- Work with HCCB RGM to design & implement CBO RGM processes, strategies and plans that deliver topline revenue growth and margin expansion by better targeting all key stakeholders (Consumers, Shoppers & Customers). Outcomes include: revenue pools, portfolio optimization, segmentation, OBPPC, pricing & promotion
- Drive awareness of current CBO OBPPC performance, identify key competitive set and evolve rules of engagement by sub territory / competitive cluster.
- Partner on CBO SKU rationalization process to streamline portfolio – clear Portfolio Roles and Market Impact.
- Partner with S&I who owns the process associated with the RGM 2. 0 framework to deliver CBO business plans. Actively participate in Business Planning process alongside BU strategy - contributing on commercial strategy and actively influencing the decision-making process.
- Lead commercial elements of RGM framework and ensure tools deployment within the CBO territories. Cross-functional and cross-market RGM strategy integration, acting as key contact for CBO RGM strategies for all relevant stakeholders (not least the Franchise bottlers, Franchise GMs, Commercial-, Marketing & Finance functions - ensuring RGM strategies and key commercial activities are ‘in sync’
- Drive RGM capability development for OU, closely aligned with global C&CL team, Marketing and Finance
- Be a key member of local and global SME networks to accelerate capability in: Affordability, Premiumization, Portfolio Optimization, Margin Expansion, Advanced Analytics
- Significant analysis complexity – The incumbent requires strong analysis and interpretation skills. RGM and Commercial planning work requires deep understanding of various data sets including but not limited to – volume, system revenue and financial metrics, market share-distribution, execution data, consumer brand, shopper data etc. The incumbent needs to integrate all the available data sources to identify opportunity areas and help develop action plans

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in RGM, Commercial planning, commercial execution or strategy with strong skills in RGM, Segmentation, Innovation and Portfolio strategy
- Proven Strategic and Analytical Skills as well as outstanding influencing skills
- Ability to think from planning to execution and solid system commercial and brand management
Communication Focus
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and key Bottling partners
- Internal: Communication of market- and specific business opportunities, advanced strategic analysis, priorities and plans to the OU leadership team and other Senior Management
- System: Communication and alignment of key strategic RGM initiatives as well as market- and business environment drivers, KO System strategic direction/ priorities and performance with Bottler senior leaders
- External: Communicating with senior leaders of major customers, key advisors and other stakeholders to progress and successfully deliver on key business development initiatives
