What You’ll Do for Us
- The role needs to have deep knowledge of change management frameworks and best practices in order to apply the best thinking to propose solutions. There is no one single best approach, so this role needs to analyze and propose solutions that are applicable to each situation/ audience
- It will also be important to use a test and trial approach
- The role will need to navigate in totally uncharted waters. System transformation needs to be designed according to the specific context of the BU, its past, present and future challenges, its different stakeholders, the way it works with the bottlers etc.
- Director will also be responsible for thinking out of the box to bring the best possible ways of addressing the transformation
- It is also required that this role stays very well connected to best practices and external thinking on matters of agile ways of working, culture, leadership and growth
- Director will have ultimate responsibility of creating/ charting processes and systems to accelerate transformation – including communications
Qualifications & Requirements
- 15+ years of experience, with a proven track record of leading a sales organization of significant size
- Experience in the bottling operations
- Work experience with consulting and coaching skills, structured thinking, analytical capabilities – knows how to influence and drive towards alignment
- Business acumen: understands the business strategy, operations and processes to provide sound advice to business leaders; demonstrates an ability to conduct an in-depth dialogue about key business strategies and drivers
- Project Management: develops plan, monitors progress, manages complex or competing priorities, communicates project issues and progress, ensures adoption and impact
- Measurement & evaluation: knowledge of measurement and evaluations methodology to monitor the impact of tools
Communication Focus
- The role requires building key relationships across all functions and across different levels in the system to influence key strategic and management decisions
- It also requires leading effective presentations and explain complex matters in an engaging way, with the ability to adjust the communication style according to the audience.
- Alignment and engagement with the senior leadership team across the system as this is a key business priority
- Director will also build a lead a community of practice with change agents in order to drive the change
