What You’ll Do for Us

  • The incumbent holds responsibility to deliver growth in Volume, revenues, profits and market share from the geography while working to enhance the brand image and reputation of TCCC brands
  • This role seeks to deliver growths in line with targets for all categories and brands by executing national consumer centric strategies and by formulating and implementing regional programs through collaboration with network OU teams and build / manage value-based relationships with CBO partners
  • Every market presents a unique opportunity, be it in terms of growing the market where the business is highly evolved, or working out a strategy to counter a strong local competition, or working out commercial strategies to capture specific consumption occasions, or helping build a social connect in markets with tough external environment, or helping to create demand for new products etc. The CBO Cluster Lead would have to demonstrate ability to execute in the market with excellence, segment trade/ shopper marketing opportunities by different market types and hence adopt a nimble approach so that the growth opportunity can be appropriately captured in all the markets
  • To achieve this goal, the incumbent uses market data and leverage the networked organization to identify risks and opportunities, develop creative ideas, build alignment with the bottling partner and allocate appropriate resources to win in the market. The incumbent is the key decision maker to appropriately allocate DFR and franchise execution DME build right execution plans, promotions and activities to consistently deliver results ahead of the industry to gain share and improve system margins.
  • Develops and deliver volume, revenue and share targets for various categories and brands for the clusters through integrating all marketing efforts both ATL and BTL (align through the line execution of consumer campaigns and local / regional marketing assets and promotions). Formulate marketing strategies, annual and monthly marketing / execution calendar and work closely with bottling partners to devise and implement plans to maximize the local opportunity for the portfolio
  • Partner with the OU CCL and Marketing Teams to gain share with the customers by leveraging various commercial interventions like RGM, RTM, BPPC, Channel programs and gaining with all customers including NKA
  • Plan NPD execution approach to ensure NPD Volume, Revenue and Market share objectives are met.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 12+ years of leadership experience in sales / commercial / marketing / strategy roles
  • Proven strategic and analytical skills as well as outstanding influencing skills. P&L understanding and influencing different levers to drive growth for the system
  • Ability to think from planning to execution and solid system commercial and brand management
  • Role model the “Leadership in the Network” definition
  • Understand the dynamics of bottling operations and marketing conditions that Bottling partners operate within
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on key category and brand opportunities by channel
  • Operationalize optimal look of a brand by channel, sub-channel in the geography
  • Apply knowledge of the strategic alignment between local/global properties and brand property
  • Understand how to utilize marketing assets and apply a marketing/retail program or property based on the specific needs of the region/consumer
  • Mastery of ability to influence multiple stakeholders, sales management, general management, and people management. Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Build effective working relationships with the bottling partners and influence Clusters to execute all strategic initiatives for the OU
