What You’ll Do for Us:

  • Leads the development of the Creative Strategy and Content Plan for Coca-Cola TM based on its E2E Journey and the relevant platform idea
  • Leads the customization (global brands) and development (regional brands) of content for each category touchpoints based on the Big Idea, key occasions and relevant triggers
  • Manage the full operations of the Content Development working with the partner agencies, production houses and ensure it is delivered to all relevant stakeholders
  • Leads the development of all brand content on Coca-Cola TM for owned digital platforms.
  • Leads Consumer Promotions when it is a critical component of the big idea and scalable to ensure relevance and efficiency
  • Bridges the consumer journey briefing to Media teams and work closely to ensure each and every touchpoint has a best in class plan and execution.
  • Leads Consumer execution guidelines and Supports Marketing Execution by handing over to Frontline Marketing robust activation tool kits and materials for seamless market activation
  • Translates Consumer Insights and touchpoints expertise into concrete communication and brand activation strategies and plans

Work Focus

  • Ability to gather consumer insights from multiple categories and connect the dots into a strategic direction towards tangible plans
  • Ability to translate E2E Journeys into concrete activation per touchpoint
  • Ability to brief agencies to develop content and communication materials for several categories and channels
  • Ability to orchestrate multiple stakeholders, delivering the most effective and efficient tool kits for market execution
  • Expertise in working with different external partners (i.e.: agencies, production houses…)
  • Ability to work in Agile cross-functional teams  

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing mix management, Project Management, Capability Building and Agency Management
  • Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
  • Experience of working on local, global communication campaigns is an added advantage

Communication Focus

  • Role will require frequent communication with OU Frontline teams, Media Leads and close collaboration with End-to-End XP Design Strategy
  • Role will also interact frequently with external parties, particularly agencies
