The Role is key to providing guidance on the long terms financials, benchmarking financial metrics across bottlers and value sharing across the key entities. This role is also the point of contact for all group & corporate communication on system financials.

What You’ll Do for Us

System Economics

  • Developing and custodian of system value chains
  • Support the system economics analysis and benchmarking, provide the business with an understanding of financial condition and economics of the system comprising the company, the bottler and the customer through the lens of packages and brands resulting in a well defined OBPPC and thus building incidence 
  • Lead the analysis of bottler financials and long range forecasting for bottler financial health 
  • Synthesize and analyse key operating and financial benchmarks for the company bottling operations vs franchise bottling operations leading to improved productivity across the system.
  • Champion of the Global SET tool driving adoption across all key Stakeholders
  • SPOC for System Economics, Tool design, trouble shooting and liason with other functions in order to fulfill this. 

Financial Planning & Analytics

  • Support the planning and budgeting Team in the annual business plan, strategic business plan and rolling estimate process 
  •  Support brand pack pricing channel strategies through projected value chain analysis and what if scenarios
  • Co-lead along with Strategy & Planning responsible for completion of Red Book

NSR 2.0: Accuracy, dashboarding & revenue analytics

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of Bottling NSR at a granular level
  • Liaise with Tech and Bottling teams to ensure updated mapping of all Systems
  • Drive dashboarding through internal resources / Platform services
  • Democratize reports and analysis with Bottling Partners to drive focus on Revenue
  • Provide support on RGM initiatives

Work Focus

  • Role model the “Leadership in the Network” definition 
  • Use a fact-based, analytic, strategic approach to create business plan, collaborating across OU and receiving approval from Group/Center  
  • Provide holistic understanding of bottlers business performance inside the OU.
  • Review all available internal and external bottling information to gain a robust understanding of bottler financials and operations
  • Benchmark system performance with other geographies and companies within region to find opportunities
  • Coordinate with PS development, data integrity and reliability of System Economics tools and projection models

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in financial accounting, planning or commercial fianance 
  • Postgraduate/Masters degree 
  • Keen adopter of Technology
  • Good understanding of existing business models and competitive dynamics
