Citric acid & Malic acid are the acidity regulators added in the beverage and they are widely used in the food industry for several years. They are used in beverages to provide tartness for desirable taste.

Minerals Iron and Zinc are added in the beverage for the essential micronutrients

Caramel is used in beverage as a permitted natural colour as specified in the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. Caramel is made by a process involving the heating of carbohydrates like sugar, corn in a controlled temperature to get the desired colour.
Nature-identical flavoring substances
Nature-identical flavoring substances means substances chemically isolated from aromatic raw materials or obtained synthetically; they are chemically identical to substances present in natural products intended for human consumption, either processed or not. They are added to provide the characteristic taste to the beverages.
