Lemon Juice is added in the product in the form of Lemon Juice concentrate and is obtained from the processing of Lemon fruits.
Acidity Regulators (330, 331 (iii))
Citric acid & Tri-sodium citrate are the most widely used Acidity regulators in the food industry and has been used for several years in food and beverage. They are used in beverages to provide tartness for desirable taste.
Common salt or Sodium Chloride is used to impart the characteristic salty taste to the beverage and also to provide mineral sodium.

Sunset Yellow is used as a colouring agent and it is classified as synthetic colour as per Food Standards and Safety Authority of India (FSSAI). It provides yellow to orange colour to the beverage. It is also used in wide range of other packaged food products like jams, jellies, cakes etc.
Natural Flavouring substances
Natural flavouring substances means flavour preparations obtained exclusively by physical process from vegetables and fruits. These are added to impart characteristic taste and aroma to the beverage.
Nature-identical flavouring substances
Nature-identical flavoring substances means substances chemically isolated from aromatic raw materials or obtained synthetically; they are chemically identical to substances present in natural products intended for human consumption, either processed or not. They are added to provide the characteristic taste to the beverages.
Artificial flavouring substances
Artificial flavoring substances means those substances which have not been identified in natural products intended for human consumption either processed or not. They are approved flavouring substances for use in beverages to provide the characteristic taste.
