Water

Water used in our beverages is purified through a multiple process of purification so that the quality of water conforms to the packaged drinking water quality as specified by Food Safety and Standards Authority of India.

Mango Pulp

Mango pulp is made from the processing of Mango fruits.

Sugar

Sugar or sucrose is a nutritive sweetener, which is used to sweeten our beverages and it provides calories. In India sugar is mostly made from sugar cane.  One gram of Sugar or sucrose provides 4 Calories (Kcal).

Acidity Regulators

Citric acid & Sodium Citrate are the most widely used Acidity regulators in food industry and has been used for several years in food and beverage. Citric acid is commonly found in citrus fruits such as lemon, orange. They are used in beverages to provide tartness for desirable taste.

Stabilizer

Gellan Gum is the stabilizer which is added to provide a uniform consistency and a thick mouth feel.

Antioxidant

Ascorbic Acid also known as Vitamin C is commonly used as an antioxidant in beverages. It is used in the beverage to slow down the degradation of flavors and help to retain the desirable taste of the beverage.

Sweetener

Sweeteners are used in food and beverages to impart a sweet taste without adding any significant amount of Calories. These ingredients are 200-300 times sweeter than sugar. Steviol glycosides extracted from a plant source called Stevia plant is used in combination with sugar in this beverage to provide the desired sweetness while not significantly increasing the Calories.

Permitted Natural Food Colour

Beta-carotene is used and it is classified as a Natural Colour as per Food Safety and Standards Authority of India .Beta-carotene belongs to the Carotenoid group of colours – it can be either extracted from natural sources or made from substances found in nature. Beta-carotene provides orange to reddish colour to a beverage

Nature-Identical Flavouring substances 

Nature-identical flavoring substances means substances chemically isolated from aromatic raw materials or obtained synthetically; they are chemically identical to substances present in natural products intended for human consumption, either processed or not. They are added to provide the characteristic taste to the beverages.

Artificial Flavouring substances

Artificial flavoring substances means those substances which have not been identified in natural products intended for human consumption either processed or not. They are approved flavouring substances for use in beverages to provide the characteristic taste.
